A unique restraining device, the Stainless Steel Ice Lock from Rouge Garments depends on ice for captivity. This Ice Lock is designed in such a way that when filled with water and frozen, it will remained locked until the ice melts and two sides can be detached. The O-rings at both ends are perfect for attaching cuffs or other restraints and the use of the lock ensures there is no escape until the ice melts. The Ice Lock has two O-Rings (one on each side), measures 7`` (18 cm) from O-Ring to O-Ring with a diameter of 2`` (5 cm). Fill the Stainless Steel Ice Lock with water and place it in the freezer in an upright position. Once completely frozen this locking device is ready to use adding layers of fun.
